Hi, I’m Heidi – Transformational coach
I am the founder of the Love Week Program and Within Waratah Wellness . I am a qualified hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, healer and a tranofrmational coach. As a coach, I have completed a variety of renowned wellness programs, training and courses, unveiling deep connections with country, with others and with self.
Locally and internationally, I work with individuals and couples. Through my transformational coaching techniques, I empower my clients to recognise and remove limiting beliefs, as well as release emotional baggage, allowing them to be the best versions of themselves.
Being both intuitive and practical in my approach, I can assist my clients to create healthy new mindsets and ways of living life.
My journey to healing involved using hypnotherapy and a range of techniques, which I’ve now become certified to practice, to address both physical and emotional pain
Drawing on my own experiences of loss, grief and parenthood, I am able to deeply connect with my clients’ journeys.
It brings joy to share my knowledge with others; allowing people to rise, awaken and to be who they desire to be.
