Time line therapy ® was developed by Tad James in 1985 and it stems from Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis.

It helps people to make sense of their temporal experiences and changes their understanding of how negative emotions and limiting decisions affect their lives. Allowing you to take the postive learnings from past events, while letting the past go.

How does it work?

Time line therapy® is a treatment at an unconscious level and has evolved from the most effective hypnosis and NLP techniques.

It utilises a person’s own internal ‘timeline’ allowing the therapist to work with their unconscious mind in a number of ways. This includes eliminating unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours as well as healing emotional trauma.

The negative thoughts you have are creating limitations that are non-existent and preventing you from doing things you’re capable of.

Time line therapy® helps clear your mind of these issues which cause unwanted thoughts. Setting you free from your past while keeping the positive learnings to move forward on your journey of life. 

It allows you to gain new perspectives on issues that may have been negatively impacting you for years. It helps reveal answers from your past that you need, so you can move forward without the weight of negative emotions you’ve been carrying.
