Do you suffer from anxiety on a regular basis or even just on the odd occasion?  Have you felt like you’re at a standstill and not functioning or your heart is racing a million miles an hour?

What if someone told you that you don’t have to keep feeling this way. There’s a way to let go and reprogram yourself to be the person you want to be?

Would you say yes?

Hypnotherapy can help you to get back to living your life without that crippling stress and anxiety that looms over you.

You may see clouds today but behind them is your light. Show up for yourself and you will shine.

How does it work?

Hypnotherapy is designed to deeply relax you. Helping you to release any built-up stress. As a certified hypnotherapist, this is also what allows me to talk directly to your subconscious mind and give instructions.

Your subconscious is the part of your mind which deals with your unconscious actions, which are the things you do automatically without ‘thinking’. It’s known as the master controller. Because it effortlessly commands every function of your body to respond in perfect symphony.

The unconscious mind only knows how to keep us safe. So an automatic program runs in our mind. With hypnotherapy you can release negative thought processes, which may hold onto stress, trauma and bad habits.

Together we can make powerful changes and get results that are personalised just for you.

Where did hypnotherapy come from?

Recently hypnotherapy has become increasingly popular in western countries. But hypnotherapy is by no means a new practice. There are however new techniques which are different to how hypnotherapy was originally practiced in ancient Egypt and India.

Hypnotherapy evolved starting from 2000 B.C and has continued throughout time. It’s been present in all corners of human history. The reason for this is because it works, and it changes people’s lives for the better.

My style of hypnotherapy is based around the Ericksonian method. This style uses indirect suggestion, metaphor and storytelling to alter behaviour, rather than direct suggestion.

Hypnotherapy has been proven to reduce stress and help people release from traumatic experiences. Plus people often seek hypnotherapy to break bad eating habits, quit smoking and more recently assist with IBS.

Throughout your online hypnotherapy session or your session in our clinic at Valla, you’ll always have control and complete awareness of what’s happening and being said to you.

I can vouch for Heidi and her amazing work. I have not been able to drive by myself for about 15 years without having a panic attack. We did one session and the next day, I drove 5 hours to Brisbane by myself without one single panic attack. She doesn’t make it go away, she gives you the tools to prevent it from happening and change your thoughts. It’s absolutely amazing what the mind is capable of. Heidi is a true gem and has given me my independence back!  I look forward to now tackling my anxiety and depression in other areas of my life with her.
