Life coaching wasn’t always the plan for Heidi March. In this article, Mystic Mag dives into the transformative experience that led her from personal loss to discovering her passion: empowering others to become the “best version of self.”
Heidi isn’t just a life coach, she’s a Holistic Healer with a toolbox full of techniques. We’ll explore how she uses Hypnotherapy, NLP, and more to tackle issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma.
When did you first know that being a Life Coach was your calling and how did it come about?
A Life Coach interesting question. The thing is I never knew I would become a life coach as such, it was never really a thought. However my path’s journey on becoming a life’s coach started from my own deep sadness and loss. Through the stages of grief and the processes within my own personal development it just so happened I landed on finding my passion, my purpose and part of this is being a Life Coach and sooo much more.
What services do you offer?
I offer Holistic ways on healing the inner self working with conscious and unconscious mind using natural and spiritual modalities. I am a Hypnotherapist Trainer, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and Healer. I work 1:1 with people creating programs specifically designed for them to achieve the outcomes, goals and results they are searching for. I also offer group sessions and workshops. All of my services are accessible in person and via zoom. I specialise in Self Empowerment, Quit Smoking/Vaping, quit alcohol and gambling, Virtual Gastric Band (VGB) Weight Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, IBS. Grief and much more. With the Training side of things I offer small intimate training sessions that give you everything you need to start your career as a Certified Hypnotherapist.
Could you tell us more about the Hypnotherapy sessions that you offer?
Every Hypnotherapy session is different and is tailored to suit the needs of the clients. I have many clients that come in and share their story or problem and say, “I bet I’m your hardest client yet, can you help me?” My response often is ” We are all individuals living in our own world’s, it’s not necessarily the actual story that is the problem, it’s the emotions attached to the story. We release the emotions, we release the attachment to the story and the problem no longer exists”. How can Hypnotherapy help with certain conditions such as Depression and Anxiety? Depression and Anxiety are linked to both internal and external factors within the individual. You understand your clients depression and anxiety (the internal and external) and how it operates (this includes the client understanding their depression and anxiety). You can support your client and take them on a journey to release this. What you are actually doing is creating new neural pathways for new healthy ways to operate. Without going into length of detail, in the Holistic world I work in depression is sadness, stacked on sadness, stacked on sadness. Anxiety is the future. You release the sadness, you may find anxiety no longer exists. Hypnotherapy and NLP are such incredible modalities in supporting people with depression and anxiety. Everything we do together is a work with process, not a do to. So we work together allowing you to receive the results you are looking for. The majority of the time clients come to me to ‘become the best version of self’ in whatever way that is for them.
What does it mean to be a Life Coach?
This role I have chosen to play in this physical lifetime is huge and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love seeing people wanting to create positive shifts and their lives and this brings me so much joy for not only my clients but for me too. Our world definitely needs happiness in it so why not create it!
What can a person expect from your sessions?
No sessions are ever the same. And I am not one that likes to believe in expectations. I am more about appreciation. What people will receive from me is 100% undivided attention, they play full out, so will I. I am a nurturing and compassionate Hypnotherapist and Coach so you are held and supported in a sacred space. I also really feel it’s important to have some fun along the way. A huge element of my clients are Anxiety and Trauma based and we are working on some serious stuff that has happened however I always somehow manage to bring some laughter along the journey. They say laughter is good for the soul and that’s what we are doing, soul work !
What do you love most about your profession?
Absolutely everything. I love seeing people saying yes to them, yes to positive change, yes to saying goodbye to all that excess baggage and tapping in their inner strength and courage and ‘becoming the best version of self’.
