Welcome to Friday – YAY!!!
YOU may or may NOT have seen my recent post about ‘A COACH NEEDS A COACH‘.
So here it is …
I love being coach, I love being a mentor, I love being a friend, I love being a Mumma Bear, I love being a wife, a sister, a niece, an Aunty. I just LOVE being a human spreading happiness far and wide. Lighting people up to get on their path on being the version of self.
A COACH NEEDS A COACH
Say whattttt!!!
Yep, that’s right!
I’ve had this download many times before.
I’ve acknowledged it.
However, I have kept this deep thought to myself (and many more), having my own empowering conversations to myself enjoying the download moments as the water flows down from the divine intelligence above…. (my shower in most cases)
So getting back to the statement, ‘A Coach needs a Coach…
Firstly I want to ask you what a Coach is?
PAUSE for a moment and gather your thoughts…
Now read on …
Once upon a time I looked at a coach as someone superior, in control, has power, teaches skills, and the labels could keep going (but you get the drift uh?)
In some kinda way I still do…
However, I’m going to go a little bit deeper…
When you look at the KEY WORDS I have stated above:
SUPERIOR
IN CONTROL
POWER
TEACHES
I invite you to reflect on these words.
I’m going to do a mind read here… and say ‘I think the majority of humans have at some point in their life experienced being SUPERIOR, IN CONTROL, POWER and has TAUGHT someone something right?
To all the MUMS, DADS, and CARE PARENTS on this roll
YOU are the SUPERIOR one
YOU are the one that is IN CONTROL
YOU are the one that has POWER
YOU are the one who TEACHES
To all the BIG and LITTLE PEOPLE who the MUMS, DADS, and CARE PARENTS have COACHED YOU TOO are:
THE SUPERIOR one
THE one that is IN CONTROL
THE one that has POWER
THE one who TEACHES
With this sharing, we can keep elaborating here more and more…
Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles, Friends, Teachers, Facilitators, Mentors, Councillors, and many more …
You/We have all had an experience:
As the SUPERIOR one – HAVE you been one who had to decide on another breathing
living thing? AKA caring and making decisions for your children and fur babies?
As the one IN CONTROL – HAVE you been the one who has decided for yourself? And also
guided someone on how to do something, allowing this person to have CONTROL? AKA – I’m going to cook a scrumptious chicken and vegetable stir fry for dinner for my health! and/or you have presented suggestions to your children to learn the skills on making such decisions and with this, the children are in control of their decision?
AS the one with the POWER – HAVE you been the one who has had to motivate, encourage, and guide at some point in your life? AKA You know you are in control of yourself and you have the power within you to make the right decisions for you? And/or You have built connection, trust, and rapport with others, your children, and your peers and they turn to you for guidance?
AS the one who TEACHES – Have you been the one who has taught someone something? AKA Have you taught your children “thank you” and “please”? Have you taught your children how to get dressed, brush their teeth, eat good food, how to tie their shoelaces?
Now HAVE YOU answered YES to any of these questions? Another mind read coming in here… I think the majority have.
That’s right!
You are a Coach!
WE ARE ALL COACHES at some point in our lives!
COACH needs a COACH.
Mums, Dads, Care parents, Aunties, Uncles, Teachers, Facilitators, Mentors, Councillors and so on …
We ALL need some …
GUIDANCE
SUPPORT
MOTIVATION
ACCOUNTABILITY
A SHOULDER TO CRY
HONESTY
and much more at some point in our lives…
You see there is this CYCLE that flows with the need for Coaches needing Coaches…
I’m going to use a MUM for an example here…
A mum needs a mum – AKA You have a mum, you have become a mum, your child has a mum.
A mum gives you guidance, support, motivation, accountability, a shoulder to cry on, honesty, and much more …and this CYCLE will continually keep evolving…
Are YOU seeing, hearing, and feeling into what I am sharing here?
We are ALL coaches…
You see that some people say, ‘The world has become saturated with COACHES’…
Guess what!!! It’s been saturated with coaches the moment a living being entered the CYCLE of life…
My share, my point here is
BE YOUR SUPERIOR
BE IN CONTROL
BE POWER
BE WHO TEACHES
BE GUIDANCE
BE SUPPORT
BE MOTIVATION
BE ACCOUNTABILITY
BE A SHOULDER TO CRY
BE HONESTY
And you may see, hear and feel what I am saying on one level or many levels… it’s completely open to however you interpret this information …

NOW with all the beingness to do here…
You’re feeling a little blah … I’m unsure about all of this, I’m a little unsure about myself now …
REMEMBER this, YOU ARE A COACH.
REMEMBER that a COACH needs a COACH.
